Our most requested product is ISO 9001:2000 compliance, and we offer our Customers a number of options within this standard.

We are often asked to set up a system from scratch. For this we will help prepare your Quality Manual, all Documentation and Procedures and set up a robust Auditing system to ensure all corrective and preventative actions are carried out.

ISO Accreditation is often used to approve suppliers. In some cases, you may not even get onto the Quotation / Tendering stage without it.

We cannot do this alone, and will always require complete co-operation at all levels to ensure the Quality System is fully understood and implemented.

We set up training sessions for staff designed around CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT and to ensure everyone is aware of their own personal responsibility to Quality within the business.

Whilst we encourage our customers to carry out their own Audits, we also offer this as a 'stand-alone' service whereby we will ensure all Audit requirements of ISO 9001:2000 are undertaken and reported.
